Each individual may hold only one active account on the Sawit777 Platform at any time. You must not share your login details with any third party. Sawit777 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a Member's failure to maintain credential security.
You must ensure that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent update remains accurate, complete, and current. Any change in your personal circumstances — including your address, email, or phone number — must be updated promptly through the account settings or by contacting support.
Sawit777 may conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal, when you reach certain deposit thresholds, or at any time at the Platform's reasonable discretion. Acceptable documents typically include a national identity card or passport, proof of address, and payment method confirmation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
Sawit777 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), as well as selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC). All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Sawit777 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Where deposits are received from unverified or third-party sources, they may be returned and the account suspended.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. FPX bank transfers typically carry a minimum of MYR 100, while e-wallet deposits typically accept a minimum of MYR 30. Sawit777 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. Members using cryptocurrency networks are responsible for applicable network fees.
Sawit777 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Where this is not feasible, Sawit777 may process withdrawals via an alternative verified method registered to the Member's account.
All Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. This requirement exists to protect against financial crime and to satisfy the Platform's licensing obligations. Withdrawals will not be released until satisfactory verification documents have been received and approved.
Withdrawal processing times are subject to the following general guidelines: DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions; cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed following one to three network confirmations. Sawit777's aggregate liability to any Member for direct damages shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Member during the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or MYR 500, whichever is lower, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Sawit777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Platform reasonably believes that:
Members may close their own account at any time by contacting Sawit777 customer support. Where an account is closed in good standing, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the Member following the completion of applicable verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sawit777 is licensed and incorporated. Sawit777 operates under international gaming licensing and does not claim to be regulated by the Malaysian government.
